Hotel Management - Kitchen - Bar - Restaurant

Hotel Managers are responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing , coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities. Hotel managers are responsible for making sure that all areas of a hotel environment run smoothly and work together successfully.


Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service in an efficient manner. Take orders, serve food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu and comply with the wishes of the guest, as well as suggestively sell food and drinks. Work closely with Bussers and Hostess' to ensure guests receive excellent service.


Requirements:


Minimum Ebtry Level: Form 3 / Form 4 / BEPC / CAP


Duration: 12 Months (Including Internship) 


National Exam: VQD / DQP
